DIARY | THE SUNDAY POST

This past week pretty much has been all about Amsterdam. I had a press day in Amsterdam on Tuesday at Blosh PR. It was a cold day and seeing all the lovely S/S 2015 clothes honestly made me long for spring and summer. The boxy tee and shorts shown in the second photo are my favourite items of all the collections I saw and I hope to recreate it when the weather will be nicer in spring next year. Besides the amazing collections that I've seen at the Blosh PR press day, there was lots of yummy food, such as macaroons which is just an all time favourite snack of mine.

I became really ill after the Blosh PR press day. I've basically been in bed from Tuesday evening until Friday. On Friday I visited the doctor and she gave me some medicine and nasal spray so I'm hoping to get over this weird flu soon. I'm already starting to feel much better so I'm pretty sure it's working its magic. So sadly enough, no wild Halloween parties for me this year. I just stayed in bed all day and re-watched the first season of American Horror Story. Ahh yes, that was a gooood day.

Saturday, my mum and I got up really early. Way too early for my liking, especially on a Saturday but we had lots of fun. I went to het Rijksmuseum with my mum, my aunts and my cousins, we had a little girly day. We spent a good three hours at het Rijksmuseum and I honestly enjoyed it so, so much! We went and grabbed lunch afterwards and had a lovely catch up with each other and it was just such a nice day. Especially since the weather was amazing too!

I quickly went into town today to get myself some new skincare. My skin really has been acting up lately, it's been really dry so I needed to get my hands on skincare for dry skin. I've been obsessed with Caroline Hirons blog lately as she just makes me understand skincare and their ingredients so so much better than I used to. I just keep talking about it and I honestly think my parents want to kill me because of it. I even converted my brother into starting to use some of my cleansing products!
