Every once in a while I like to do one of these recipe posts. Since I am trying to live a bit more healthy lately, I have been making lots of juices and smoothies lately. In today's post I want to share a berry smoothie with you all. Smoothies are quick and easy, which is what I am all for when I am either late for school or am a bit peckish in between the lunch and dinner hours.

The ingredients:
1 cup of (frozen) berries. I used blueberry, strawberry, raspberries and blackberries
1/2 a cup of coconut water
1/4 a cup of almond milk

All that there's left to do is put it all into a blender, blend it until it has a drinkable texture and put it in a cup, mug or mason jar like I did. Like I said before, this is just a quick smoothie I tend to make when I am a bit hungry when I have to wait a few more hours before dinner or when I am in a rush in the mornings and don't have time to make my porridge. This smoothie contains all of my favourite berries, which is probably why I love it so much and continuously go and create this smoothie instead of something else.
