THE CITY GUIDE | MARBELLA CITY GUIDE

I am back from my holiday and I am kicking things off with another city guide! I have been really loving doing these posts lately, as you could have seen in my previous City Guide posts. This time I will be sharing all of my favourite places in Marbella with you. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember, so it's safe to say that I know my way around.

Over the past two to three years, I have been really into discovering new places around town and I definitely made a little shortlist of the places you need to visit while you're in Marbella!

RECIPE | BEEF RICE PAPER SPRING ROLLS

Rice paper spring rolls are one of my favourite things to have for lunch or dinner. They're so easy to make and you can put lots of different things in it. I already posted a rice paper spring roll recipe twice on the blog before. But this time I used beef in the rice paper spring rolls and decided to go swap the pak choi for some romaine lettuce. Which basically takes the asian out of this, but it was all I had lying around in the fridge one day, and I actually like how it turned out, so I am sharing it this way instead.

RECIPE | STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

Stuffed bell pepper are one of my favourite things to eat. They're perfect to eat for lunch, but also are filling enough to eat for dinner. I usually make mine with either couscous or bulgur. Both are very filling grains and go amazing with the bell pepper. In this post I will be sharing this easy recipe with you!

THE CITY GUIDE | THE HAGUE PT. II

I'm back with yet another The Hague City Guide. After posting PT. I of my City Guide, it only felt right to continue sharing my favourite spots with you. In this post I will be sharing my favourite places for comfort food, ice cream, evening drinks, where to shop, my favourite museums and some more sightseeing.

BEAUTY | TOP SUMMER SKINCARE FAVOURITES

I always like to change skincare things up a bit during the summer season. My skin can really start acting up, especially when it's warmer outside. Somehow the pimples just start popping up whenever it's summer. This year however, I feel like I have had my skin under control quite well, and wanted to share all the products that helped contribute to that in today's post. So these basically are my top summer skincare favourites.

Over the years I have learned that my skin is very sensitive and extremely dehydrated, and that is mostly why I get my acne. So also during the summer season I like to reach for products that are hydrating and gentle on my skin.

THE CITY GUIDE | THE HAGUE PT. I

The Hague. The city where I grew up in. The city I never used to appreciate, with its gorgeous architecture, the museums and all the lovely places I like going. Now that I am older, I love my hometown more than ever and I want to share this beautiful city with you. In this post I wil share all the best places to eat, chill and what to sightsee in The Hague.

Part II of the The Hague City Guide will be going up next week. This post will include even more places to eat, where to go for drinks in the evening, my favourite museums and shops in this town.

RECIPE | GO-TO SMOOTHIE BOWLS

I love my smoothies, especially during the warmer seasons. One of my favourite things to have is a smoothie bowl. It's something that has been quite popular for a longer time now, but I feel like I only just found the perfect smoothie bowls to have. In this post I will share my two current favourite smoothie bowls with you. My two favourite smoothie bowls are a green smoothie bowl and a red(ish) smoothie bowl. Both of them contain lots of frozen fruit, because that's what makes it easy to eat in the bowl and just water, so it's really easy to make!

RECIPE | POKÉ BOWL

Poké bowls are my go to dinner whenever my parents and I don't know what to have. It's such an easy way of eating something healthy with its rice and lots of vegetables. I have absolutely no idea where the name poké bowl comes from. It constantly makes me giggle and reminds me of Pokémon whenever someone says it. Anyway, enough rambles, my version of a Poké bowl includes salmon, carrots, cucumber and avocado.

BEAUTY | MY MINIMAL SUMMER ACNE MAKEUP ROUTINE

Summer is well and truly here, and I have noticed that my makeup routine has changed itself up quite a lot since I last wrote a post about my makeup routine. During the summer I feel like I don't want to have lots of makeup on. I preferably would like to go out without any base makeup on, but since I suffer from acne and deal with quite a few acne scars, I don't feel as comfortable doing that quite yet. The past couple of weeks have been filled with concealer. Lots of concealer. It's basically the only thing I have used on my face during the summer.

FIVE FAVOURITES | JULY

July flew by in the blink of an eye. I can't believe it's already August and I am going back to uni next month. It honestly terrifies me how years seem to fly by the older you get. I love writing down posts like five favourites each month. I always look back through these posts to see what products I loved using a certain month. It's the perfect way to rediscover clothing that has been in your closet a little while, or rediscover old favourite skincare or makeup products.
