Bershka tee, ASOS leggings, Aldo boots, H&M shopper (in stores now), Celine sunnies

It's easy to get caught up in buying certain items. This is a problem I've been suffering with for the past few months. I constantly bought either white, black or striped tops. So now I have quite the monochrome wardrobe already and most people would probably stop buying the basics, but now I feel like I want to get myself even more black, white and stripey tops. There's still so many things on my basics list that I feel like I haven't got hanging in my wardrobe yet, such as a plain white shirt, a plain black shirt and I have the same problem with buying jumpers. So as much as I loved buying this tee, it wasn't something I needed to buy. So it's time for me to get back to business, next time I am in town, I will leave town with at least one of the items listed above.

COS top, Glamorous leather skirt (similar), Sacha boots, Céline sunnies

The past two days were pretty warm, so I had hope for a little bit of summer and hoped to catch some rays, but sadly enough summer definitely is over and this probably is going to be the last bare legs outfit you will see of 2014. Summer's comeback was all just a dream.  I don't mind it all that much though. I love autumn just as much as I love summer. I hopped on my bike today and I could smell autumn in the air. I biked through this really long lane full of trees and to see all the leaves changing actually made me really excited to get my first hot chocolate and let's not forget the coat-buying, because yes, it is that time of year too, where I go crazy on buying coats. Next two stops? Forever21 and Primark!

27 September 2014

It's that time of the month again, no not that time of the month, It's time for my five favourites posts again. I haven't done one in August, but I'm pretty sure I've loved these items throughout August as well as September, so it was pretty easy for me picking what I loved most during these past two months.

First of I have this Zara long sleeve striped tee and like I said in yesterday's outfit post, I am obsessed with stripes, I am pretty sure I have a stripey top for every season, but that is only until recently. I own many striped short sleeved tee's, a few vest tops and jumpers even. However a long sleeved stripey top was pretty much missing in my wardrobe, so I popped into Zara, walked into this beauty and picked it up. Simple love story.

My next favourite are these gorgeous Zara cut out boots. I wore them nearly the whole month and besides the fact that they cut my heel up after running around on them for a whole day, they're just a gorgeous pair of boots aren't they? I don't have much else to say on these beauties to be honest.

This NARS creamy concealer in Custard has been an absolute favourite of mine this month. Nars would have to be my favourite make-up brand. It's too bad that they don't sell any NARS products in the Netherlands, because I am pretty sure I will have to repurchase this amazing concealer. Ever since I started using this concealer my friends and family started giving me compliments on my skin and I mean, that says it all right?!

Zara has the best fragrances and they're extremely cheap! This one is Zara Black Peony. This kinda smells like Flowerbomb by Viktor and Rolf and I love that fragrance to death, so when I discovered this cheap lil' beauty I immediately picked it up. Definitely give it a little sniff when you're in Zara next time! Zara really does great perfumes!

My last favourite of these past two months has been the pore minimiser by The Body Shop. I bought this in Marbella in August because I felt like I needed to protect my pores from my SPF so I just bought this on a whim and I don't regret it at all. Ever since I started using this, my skin became so much better. I honestly feel like this pore minimiser prevents my pores from soaking up too much make-up, which means less breakouts for me and my oily skin!

So those were my five favourites of this month. I'd love to know what your favourite products of the month have been as I love trying out new products!

26 September 2014

H&M coat (similar), Zara tee and bag (similar), ASOS jeans, Converse All Stars, Ray-Ban clubmaster, Boohoo hat

She's wearing that coat and a striped tee again, I hear you thinking and I completely understand what you're thinking. I just realised that the only tees left in my wardrobe basically are striped, white, black or grey, so there's not much choice left in that department. Besides that I also recently discovered that I don't own any autumnal coats besides this beauty of a duster and my 3 leather jackets. So yes, I am wearing these two again because I basically threw away all of my colourful clothes in a "I don't wear this anyway clear out session". Now let's buy some more coloured tees and some autumnal coats.

25 September 2014

H&M jacket (similar) and jumper, ASOS jeans, Zara bag (similar) and boots, Celine sunnies

I tend to always pick either black, or grey jeans up as I personally think they look the best on me. But it was a bit too much for me to wear black jeans during summer so I wanted to get myself a blue pair of jeans and ended up going for these from Asos! They're kinda too big around ankles so I just tend to fold them over like I did in the photos, as it gives the boots I'm wearing more detail and my jeans don't feel like they're too baggy/saggy around the ankles, which I honestly hate!

24 September 2014

H&M jacket (similar), Zara shirt (similar), ASOS jeans, Nike Blazer trainers, Ray-Ban clubmaster, Glen Lossie scarf

It has been a while since I last wore these Nike bad boys. They've been chilling in a corner of my room for about half a year now, so it felt like it was about time to whip these bad boys out again! I went to Ikea with my mum and it felt necessary to be comfortable, since I knew that we would be lost in Ikea for a looong time and since these trainers are really comfortable I decided that they would be perfect for this little trip!

23 September 2014

Zara blazer (similar) and bag (in pink), COS tee, Primark jeans, Sacha boots, Ray-Ban clubmaster

I felt so badass wearing this outfit. I think it might be the combination of an all black outfit combined with a crisp white blazer. I bought this blazer on sale for only €25 in July. I had been hunting this blazer down ever since it came in stock and then it just appeared to be in the sale and it happened to be my size too, so I just had to pick this beauty up.

However I find it very hard to style it, or I haven't really taken the time to properly think about it, which probably was due to the fact that when I bought this blazer it was over 26 degrees Celsius, which does not make it very appealing to wear a blazer. So now that autumn is around the corner I will wear this beauty to death, so we can make up for lost time during summer.

22 September 2014

Zara top, ASOS jeans, H&M bag (similar) and slip ons, Céline sunnies

It's so easy to pick up that one striped top in the morning when you don't know what to wear. It's Monday, which means it's the hardest day to get out of bed, so when I stood in front of my closet with my sleepy head this morning, I opted for my favourite striped top. I actually love it so much that I am pretty sure that I need to pick at least another 2 of these ones up! My stripe obsession and I are reaching a new level of excitement.

I went to Amsterdam last Wednesday to see the first ever eyewear fashion show from Eye wish Opticiens at Het Rijksmuseum. It was such a lovely show and I got lots of inspiration from how some glasses were paired with outfits, which made me realise that I need to wear my glasses more on an everyday basis. The fashion show was at Het Rijksmuseum and that was quite a spectacular location as the museum usually closes at 5 PM. So to be able to witness that was pretty awesome!

We were lucky enough to receive a goodiebag and in that goodiebag were two tickets to visit het Rijksmuseum, which is even more awesome, so I don't think it will be long until I'm back in Amsterdam, to visit het Rijksmuseum.

21 September 2014

Zara jacket and bag, H&M vest top and slip ons, Asos jeans, Céline sunnies

I went out into town yesterday with friends to check out the opening of a shopping centre in town. I had lots and lots of fun and we had a quick little look at the new 8tea5 store, where we usually get our bubble tea, which was lovely.

When we tried to get home after going into town, we were kinda stuck in town as there was a marathon going, so most of the roads were closed. We had the hardest time getting home. While trying to find another way to get home we got to this cute little street corner and we just randomly started snapping away on our iPhones as I forgot my camera, worse blogger ever. We ended up walking around for a bit to see what part we were in. It ended up being a lovely part of town which we definitely will visit more often! So this isn't going to be the last time you'll see this white wall.

19 September 2014

H&M dress (similar), coat (similar)and bag (in stores now), Zara boots, Boohoo hat, Céline sunnies

This is what I wore to Amsterdam the other day when I went to see a fashion show at Het Rijksmuseum. It was such a lovely show and an amazing location! I probably will write a post about it as I took lots of photos.

These boots cut my heel open and my toe is completely covered in blisters so these shoes weren't that great for the amount of speed walking my cousin and I did in Amsterdam! Besides the fact that my right foot is covered in blisters, I just really like how these boots went with the whole outfit. I feel like these boots are going to be an essential this upcoming season as they just look good with everything.

18 September 2014

Zara tee, H&M jacket (similar) and bag (in stores now), ASOS jeans, Birkenstock Arizona's and Céline sunnies

I honestly had so much fun shooting this outfit with one of my best friends. I used to get really shy and uncomfortable when there was people walking around in the streets, but I am slowly overcoming it and now whenever people make comments, they're usually really really funny! When we shot this an older couple walked by and the man made such a funny comment that we both couldn't stop laughing at! I love that I am starting to love enjoying on the streets more, especially since there are beautiful locations like these right in this town, which I never even guessed!
