BEAUTY | MY FRAGRANCES OF THE MOMENT

I love my perfumes and I love buying new perfumes. Since we're going into the Autumn season, I thought it would be fun to share a few of my favourite autumnal perfumes with you. These aren't particularly Autumn related, or classified as Autumn perfumes by others, but these are some of the perfumes that I spray on either throughout the whole year, or get out especially during the Autumn and Winter season.

Miss Dior Eau de Parfum
This is such a lovely perfume that I have loved for ages. I only recently rediscovered this scent because I got a sample of it while I was buying something else. This is a really lovely scent with flowery, yet woody scent that I love to spritz on. I never use too much of this perfume as it can be quite overpowering, so I usually spray this perfume onto my wrist once and then move on to spraying it in the air while walking through it.

Versace Versense
This is a fragrance that I wear throughout the whole year, and this would probably be the fragrance that people will connect me to whenever they smell it in store. This is a really fresh, citrus, woody scent that I just go for everyday. This is more of a summer scent to me, as it smells so fresh and citrus-like, but I love spraying this particular scent on on fresh and crisp Autumn days. I would usually spray this onto my wrist and the tiniest amount behind my ears.

Stella by Stella McCartney
This Stella fragrance probably is one of the 'newest' fragrances that I own. I got myself this fragrance when I went to London last year.

It's a really lovely scent that I immediately associate with autumn and winter. Because it's quite a 'dark' scent to me, I usually only spray this on in the autumn and winter season or when I am going out in the evenings. The key notes in this fragrance are roses, which I normally am not really a big fan of. However I love how this fragrance smells and I love how I am still able to smell it after I've been at university all day.

Elie Saab Le Parfum
This is one of those fragrances that brings me right back to my high school years. My mum got me this perfume for Christmas when I was in my second year of high school and I am pretty sure that I used this particular scent (and the Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche) for a good three to four years straight. I absolutely love this scent. It's a flowery scent that apparantely has white flowers in it as a key note. Besides the white flowers Elie Saab used honey in this scent, which probably explains why I love this so much.

This would be my perfect autumn/winter day-time scent as I have pretty much worn it like that back when I was in high school. Whenever I smell this in the street because someone else is wearing it, I recognize it immediately and kind of want to put it on myself too.

Chloe Love Story Eau de Toilette
The Chloe Love Story perfume is another one that I only recently got myself. I was looking for a new perfume while I was away on holiday and came across this Chloe one. I love how this particular scent is very flowery. Love Story has white flowers as a key note, which I seem to be loving. It's probably one of the only sweet scents that I have recently gotten myself, and I don't want to spray it on that often as I can get over sweet scents quite quickly. Therefore I only spray it on like once every two weeks.

Chloe Le Parfum
This probably is such a girl classic when it comes to fragrances. Most of the girls in my high school used to have this when we were in high school. This fragrance also reminds me of my cousin. This is one of those fragrances that I have loved forever, but only recently decided to finally get myself. It is a very flower-y scent which has roses as one of their key notes. Since this is quite a strong perfume, I usually only spray it onto my wrist and then spray it in the air to walk through the mist, so it doesn't get too overwhelming for other people whenever I walk by.

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb
This Viktor & Rolf scent is another one of those scents that I associate with high school. I discovered it when I was in either my first or second year at high school and I have loved it ever since. They usually describe this scent as an oriental scent, as it is a flowery scent. The key notes are jasmin and patchouli. I can't say much else then that I absolutely love this scent. Besides the fact that I absolutely love this scent, my brother's girlfriend also loves and owns this scent. So whenever she wears this fragrance I usually end up sniffing her because I love this scent so much. I usually spray this onto my wrists and the tiniest amount behind my ears. It's not really an overpowing scent, but it can get a bit much if you spray too much on.

Those are my favourite fragrances to spray on during the autumn and winter season. I would love to know if you have a go-to autumn/winter scent, or if you have an all year around go-to scent.
