FIVE FAVOURITES | JULY

July flew by in the blink of an eye. I can't believe it's already August and I am going back to uni next month. It honestly terrifies me how years seem to fly by the older you get. I love writing down posts like five favourites each month. I always look back through these posts to see what products I loved using a certain month. It's the perfect way to rediscover clothing that has been in your closet a little while, or rediscover old favourite skincare or makeup products.

I find it harder and harder to discover what I have been loving throughout a month, as I really seem to be sticking to a lot of the same products lately. I finally feel like I am happy with the skincare routine I currently have. Same goes for fashion. I find that the items that I currently own, are perfectly curated. So there is about a 99% chance that these products have been mentioned in older five favourites post already.

SUPERGA ESPADRILLE PLATFORMS

The first thing that made it to my five favourites of July cut are these espadrille platfroms by Superga. I have been wanting these espadrille shoes for about a year now and when I wanted to buy them back in January, they were completely out of stock. Every month I would check to see if they still had these, but they didn't. Until July, that's when I finally managed to get my size and I already am completely and utterly in love with these. I can't wait to style this with lots of outfits during my holiday, but also am so excited to style these with jeans when I'm back.

LANCASTER ANA CROSSBODY BAG

This gorgeous Lancaster Ana bag has been mentioned on the blog before. I always go through phases of wearing and loving a crossbody bag so much. Ever since the beginning of summer, this bag has been with me, everywhere. I absolutely love this bag so much, as it is the perfect size. The reason I got myself this bag in the first place, was because it looked similar to the Gucci Disco bag. But nowadays I love it so much, because it's perfect for a day in town. I can fit a bottle of water, my wallet, my sunglasses, a hand cream, a lip balm and my keys in this bag and it all fits without the bag overflowing. This definitely is one of those purchases that is so versatile and will last for ages.

TOO FACED HANGOVER PRIMER

Another one of those items that made it to my five favourites before, is the Too Faced Hangover primer. This primer honestly is one of the best primers in the world. My skin is very dehydrated and I have acne. Which is the weirdest combination ever. But this primer helps me hydrate my face and make my face look somewhat smooth. Whenever I use this primer I can still cover all of my acne scars and the dry patches that blemishes can leave behind. So this is the perfect primer, especially after I just had an extraction facial at my aestheticians.

CHANEL CHANCE EAU FRAICHE

I don't think I ever mentioned this fragrance on my blog before, and if I did, it must have been a very, very long time ago. Two of my oldest, best friends gave me my first Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche fragrance for my thirteenth birthday. It has been my 'go-to' day-to-day scent ever since I was 18. That's when I started using lots of other fragrances too. I recently got myself a very big bottle of this and I am so happy I am reunited with this fragrance. This is the perfect summery scent, it smells fresh and of citrus fruits.

TOPSHOP LOAFERS

The final favourite, also made a recent appearance onto the five favourites posts before. These Topshop Gucci Dupe loafers still are such a big favourite of mine. I have been wearing them lots to run errands in lately, so they now feel very comfortable to wear. These will also look so cute with a pair of denim shorts and a cute top on holiday, so I can't wait to style these when I'm away too! These exact Topshop Gucci dupe loafers aren't available anymore, but this pair from ASOS and this pair from New Look are very similar.
